  • You must provide clear evidence (such as screenshots or a video) showing that the EA or indicator is not functioning as described.
  • The issue must not be due to incorrect setup, lack of trading conditions (e.g., no signals), broker restrictions, or external platform issues.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The EA does not perform as expected due to market conditions or personal trading preferences.
  • You failed to follow the installation guide or didn’t use the correct settings, symbol, or timeframe.
